Common questions

Free trial & subscription

Lifto Pro unlocks the app with a 14-day free trial (on both the annual and monthly plans). You won’t be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Lifto: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lifto, or open Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current period.

I already paid — how do I restore my purchase?

Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall, or in Profile → Subscription. Use the same Apple ID you originally subscribed with.

Does my data sync across devices?

Signing in is optional. If you never sign in, your workouts, templates, and gym profiles stay on-device only, and the developer cannot see your data. If you sign in with Sign in with Apple or an email one-time passcode, your workout data backs up and syncs across your devices through our own server (the lifto-sync service at sync.getlifto.app). Lifto no longer uses iCloud or CloudKit for anything. Because that data lives on our server, we can access it there for signed-in accounts, along with your account identifier and, for most accounts, your email address. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Apple Health

Health access is optional. With your permission, Lifto reads heart rate and active energy to show live metrics during a workout and can write completed workouts back to Apple Health. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Lifto.

How do I export or delete my data?

Usage analytics

Usage analytics are on by default and can be turned off anytime in Profile → Privacy → Share Usage Analytics, except in Germany and Austria where they stay off until you opt in. They never include your workout content or any personal data. See the Privacy Policy.

Apple Watch

Lifto includes an optional Apple Watch companion for logging sets from your wrist. The iPhone app is fully functional on its own.
