Common questions

Free trial & subscription

Lifto Pro unlocks the app with a 14-day free trial (on both the annual and monthly plans). You won’t be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the store where you subscribed. On iPhone, use Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lifto. On Android, open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lifto. You can also open Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current period.

I already paid — how do I restore my purchase?

Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall, or in Profile → Subscription. Use the same Apple ID or Google Account you originally subscribed with.

Does my data sync across devices?

Signing in is optional. If you never sign in, your workouts, templates, gym profiles, profile name, profile photo, and muscle-map display preferences stay on-device only, and the developer cannot see your data. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or an email one-time passcode, your workout data backs up and syncs across supported devices through our own server (the lifto-sync service at sync.getlifto.app). Your profile name, profile photo, and muscle-map display preferences are also backed up to your account and restored when you sign in on iOS or Android. Lifto does not use iCloud or CloudKit. Because that data lives on our server, we can access it there for signed-in accounts, along with your account identifier and, for most accounts, your email address. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Apple Health

Health access is optional. With your permission, Lifto reads heart rate and active energy to show live metrics during a workout and can write completed workouts back to Apple Health. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Lifto.

Android Health Connect and Wear OS

Android health access is optional. The phone can write a completed strength session to Health Connect but never reads your Health Connect history. During a user-started workout, the Wear OS companion can show live heart rate and calories and calculate the session summary. Collection stops when the workout ends. Revoke access anytime in Health Connect or Android permission settings.

How do I export or delete my data?

Usage analytics

Usage analytics are on by default and can be turned off anytime in Profile → Privacy → Share Usage Analytics, except in Germany and Austria where they stay off until you opt in. They never include your workout content or any personal data. See the Privacy Policy.

Watch companions

Lifto includes optional Apple Watch and Wear OS companions for logging sets from your wrist. The phone apps are fully functional on their own.
